Question: When are your Colossal Chestnuts available?
Answer: Our chestnuts are harvested late September and are available for purchase soon after.

Question: When are you open?
Answer: The chestnut harvest is very seasonal and it runs about 40 days. NutQuacker Farms is open on Saturdays and Sundays from October thru November, from 11am to 4pm. Chestnuts are perishable and once they are sold, we are out of stock! We are closed the rest of the year. You can request to be added to our notification list when our Colossal Chestnuts are available for purchase!

Question: Do you have a catalog that you can mail me?
Answer: As we only have Colossal Chestnuts and Chestnut Honey for sale, we don't publish a catalog. You can read more about our products here.

Question: Why do I get a timing out error using PayPal?
Answer: The PayPal system is designed to drop your connection, or time out, after five minutes of inactivity. If the system is timing out in less than five minutes, it may be caused by a lost (or dropped) secure connection, which is often the result of Internet congestion. Also, make sure to clear your cache files periodically; otherwise you may experience slow connection and closing times to access or log out of the PayPal website.
